The District of Nipissing Housing Services
are responsible for the funding and administration of social housing programs and work to prevent homelessness.
Children's Aid Society - Kehoe Residence
The Society has an independent living complex that has 3-2 bedroom units and 2-1 bedroom units available for youth in care transitioning to independence. These units are fully furnished with utilities and laundry included in the rent. Youth living in these units or other apartments are provided with support to increase cooking, budgeting and shopping skills. Contact Nipissing Parry Sound CAS for information or application.

North Bay Indigenous Friendship Center-North Bay, Suswin
Suswin Housing First Program helps urban Aboriginals who are facing housing barriers to find housing with community support in the Nipissing region. This program delivers programming in a culturally responsive, flexible, and safe manner for all clients.

The District of Parry Sound Social Services Administration Board handles all applications for social housing in the District of Parry Sound. Social housing is housing funded by various government programs in which tenants pay reduced rents.
Muskoka
The District Municipality of Muskoka's Social Housing program provides affordable rental housing for people whose income prevents them from finding adequate housing in the private rental market.
